Terms and Conditions:
  • Voucher is valid to use until December 2025.
  • No conjuctions of promos and discounts.
  • Rate is Inclusive of Taxes.
  • Voucher is transferable. 
  • Payment is Non- Refundable.
  • Rebooking is allowed, please advise two (3) days prior to arrival. Payment/Voucher is forfietied if NO or LATE advised.
  • Strictly NO Walk in. Advance Reservation is needed. Atleast two (3) days prior and subject to availability. 
  • Limited Picnic hut, advance reservation is needed.
  • Buffet Setup at Hotel Common dining is subject to availability and it depends to the resort occupancy.
    If No Buffet setup, Lauriat style is the alternative. Lunch starts 12nn until 1pm only.     (Meal is chef discreation)
  • Guest are allowed to bring snacks, packed juices, pastries, fruits, water and individually packed food (such as fast food only)
  • Bringing of cooked food and party tray food is not allowed inside the resort.
  • Corkage fees applies for Soda/ Softdrinks and Liquor. 
  • Drinking of liquor outside is not allowed. 
  • Picnic hut/s and Room/s day use has corresponding additional fee. To avail, please contact use.
  • Resort Recreational facilities is subject to availability. In case of heavy rain all facilities will be close for safety. 
  • Kids 0-4 years old free to stay no meal (Max. of 5 children only). While Age 5 years old and above is considered as an adult.
