• Voucher is valid to use until March 2025.
• No conjuctions of promos and discounts.
• Rate is Inclusive of Taxes.
• Voucher is transferable. 
• Payment is Non- Refundable.
• Rebooking is allowed, please advise two (2) days prior to arrival. Payment/Voucher is forfietied if NO or LATE advised.
• Strictly NO Walk in. Advance Reservation is needed. Atleast two (2) days prior and subject to availability. 
• Guest are allowed to bring snacks, packed juices, pastries, fruits, water and individually packed food (such as fast food only)
• Bringing of cooked food and party tray food is not allowed inside the resort.
• Corkage fees applies for Soda/ Softdrinks and Liquor. 
• Drinking of liquor outside is not allowed. 
• Room/s day use has corresponding additional fee. To avail, please contact use.
• Resort Recreational facilities is subject to availability. In case of heavy rain all facilities will be close for safety. 
• Kids 0-4 years old free to stay no meal (Max. of 5 children only). While Age 5 years old and above is considered as an adult.
